Mike and Emily, the owners of The Gardens of Weber Manor, are partners in business and in life. Their fateful meeting in Key West in 2020 has led to countless ventures and adventures, and they are excited to journey with you on your own adventure of bringing to life your fairytale celebration!
MIKE WEBER
While growing up a military brat and then entering the military himself, Mike is no stranger to moving around and living in different places. However, out of all the traveling, Mike had spent his longest stretches of time in South Florida, so when he had the opportunity to move back to Miami in 2020 for work, he jumped on the chance and was happy to establish roots in one of his favorite cities. Many of the features you see around the venue are a product of Mike’s imagination as well as his craftiness. The ruined walls are a reflection of his love for history and tales of castles and heroism. He built the European pub-inspired bar that sits between the hosting sites, and at any given time, he is in the middle of 3-4 projects that aim to better the venue.

EMILY WEBER
Emily: A native of Ohio and a resident of the Big Apple for a decade, Emily loves travel and adventure, experiencing different cultures, hearing people’s stories, and writing as a creative outlet. From the time she was young, Emily has loved the Arts, and she found herself working at a 3,200-seat theater while in college, where she saw concerts, enjoyed Broadway shows, and met some notable politicians, performers, and journalists. In NYC, Emily spent many evenings watching Broadway and off-Broadway shows, going to concerts, and helping plan events for a local nonprofit focused on curating art shows across all disciplines. When Emily met Mike in 2020 and moved to Miami, she jumped onboard with Mike’s idea to look for a property outside of the city that had land.
Shortly after purchasing their 5-acre farm, Emily’s dreams of having a space for events started to materialize, and through this venture, she is able to combine her passion for curating events – both private and community-based – with her love for helping others turn their dreams into reality. Through her career in financial planning, Emily has developed a knack for organizing, planning, strategizing, and developing processes as well as communicating effectively with clients. These skills translate into owning a venue, where clients and vendors often find themselves working closely with Emily to bring their celebration’s visions to life. Emily and Mike work closely with their clients to make event planning as stress-free as possible. They treat their clients as an extension of their family and strive to provide personalized attention to make their experiences unforgettable.

Our Wedding: Mike and I also celebrated our wedding at our venue on New Year’s Eve. It was perfect. Magical. Heartwarming. Filled with tenderness. I loved all of the imperfectly perfect moments. Everything about it blew my expectations out of the water. We are so incredibly blessed to have been surrounded by all of our family and friends. We want to thank everyone who helped make our day so special – from the vendors who created our dream wedding to all of our friends and family who celebrated with us. It was a night we will never forget and we are so grateful for the love and support of everyone who helped make it happen. Cheers to a lifetime of love and happiness together!
